One-day workshop at Thin Ice Press: the York Centre for Print. Presented as part of the seventh annual York Ghost Week.

Inspired by tales of misprints, mischief, and censorship, participants in this one-day workshop will delve into the turbulent history of print, and learn about the extraordinary figures who have practised the craft of printing in York.

Participants will step into the pressroom to learn new skills in relief printmaking, producing a unique souvenir.

The workshop takes place at Thin Ice Press: the York Centre for Print, an exceptionally well-equipped printing and printmaking studio in the heart of York.

Tickets include expert tuition and all materials. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Eight tickets available at £160 per person (£140 concession rate). The concession rate is available to under-18s, over-65s, students, and people receiving an income support-style benefit.
