Join us for the Thin Ice Press summer holiday club! Kids will get hands-on with print and book arts activities, with expert guidance from our team.

We’ll be working with letterpress and lino to create some unique and beautiful prints. Children will learn the basics of typesetting, and will play with marks and patterns to create their own designs. Everyone will print copies of their own type and linocut pictures, and we will also create a large-scale collaborative poster as a souvenir of the day.

Participants are welcome to arrive any time between 9.00 and 10.00, and can be collected between 16.00 and 17.00 (earlier by arrangement). Children are asked to make sure they bring a water bottle and a packed lunch, and to make sure they have suitable clothing, including closed toed shoes.
